On World Youth Skills Day, we had the privilege of hosting a truly empowering session for our young leaders. Our Advisor, Mr. Ashish Shah, led an inspiring discussion on the many career opportunities that lie within the world of sports.
Far beyond the playing field, the sports industry thrives on a diverse range of roles. Mr. Shah opened our eyes to this exciting landscape, from coaching and sports analytics to marketing, event management, and player development. His session was a reminder that sport is not just a game; it’s an ecosystem of careers that rewards creativity, strategy, teamwork, and leadership.
He broke down how each unique skill set can map to meaningful, sustainable career paths. By showing our youth the many ways they can contribute to and shape the sports world, he helped them see a future where their talents can truly shine.
