The Opportunity
OSCAR Foundation is looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Programs to lead our sports-based development initiatives. Based in Mumbai, this is a full-time leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
As the Head of Programs, you will be responsible for the strategic design and end-to-end delivery of impactful Sports for Development (S4D) programs. You will lead a diverse team, driving innovation and maintaining high-quality standards across multiple field locations.
