At OSCAR Foundation, our work is made possible not just by the strength of our programmes but by the loyal support of those who stand beside us, especially in moments of urgent need. One such moment came recently and we are incredibly touched by the prompt and generous response from our long-term friends and supporters, Jaysam Contractors Ltd.
When we reached out with an appeal for funding to provide footwear to children in rural India, Jaysam Contractors Ltd responded without hesitation. Thanks to their swift action and kind-hearted support, we were able to provide shoes to girls and boys who needed them the most, many of whom had never owned proper footwear before. In communities where resources are limited, something as simple as a pair of shoes can make a world of difference. It means children can walk to school safely, play without injury and feel a sense of dignity and care.
Their support is more than financial, it is a reflection of shared values, compassion and a belief in equal opportunity for every child. It is these partnerships that keep our mission alive and moving forward.
